Aptly named after Alfred Hitchcock, this bird followed Stan around for QUITE A WHILE as he was poking around the Ruins of Alph. He came across half a dozen other Pokemon and a few Unown who skittered past him (and he will come back for), but this one stuck with him and wound up getting himself chewed upon by Misery-- which resulted in a following PokeBall toss and GET. Hitchcock is sharp, but also has a tendency to just stare at things for no real reason at all. Stan thinks he was dropped at some point but he was unnerving enough to earn himself the name of the man who had made a horror movie specifically about weird birds. At least he's cute as a button.
and then he decided to evolve, became less cute and arguably pretty terrifying
